I love the dance between movement and stillness.
'Be Loving Awareness', these words from Ram Dass' teachings have always been my mantra and this is a mantra, I feel, that will make the world a better and more peaceful place. It all starts from loving oneself and the yoga mat provides the space for that growth.
I love yoga simply because you can start wherever you are. It does not matter what injuries you have, how much you can bring your hands to touch your toes or how many handstands you can do in one minute. As long as you want to, you can, but with adequate lessons and attention (or private attention, if necessary, for certain conditions). With my 7 years of yoga teaching and 11 years of mat practice, I will guide you through the knowledge I have so humbly received from my teachers over the years.
My influence includes teachings from the Anusara method, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Jivamukti and AcroYoga. Whatever your beliefs, I invite you to join me in this exploration of the heart, expression through the body and stillness of the mind.
